Virtual care is being built for every life stage. Very few physicians have operated it across all of them.
I'm a med-peds physician, board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Pediatric Hospital Medicine. I've held clinical leadership roles across different life stages: physician oversight of K-12 school-based therapy and mental health services, all-ages virtual primary care, all-ages inpatient care, and older-adult virtual specialized care.
That range is the point. Med-peds is the lifespan specialty, and it's why founders and investors bring me the questions that don't fit neatly in one clinical box: Is this care model safe and defensible? Will it survive regulatory scrutiny? Is the clinical team built for what's next?

Engagements are fixed-scope and senior-only. Each client works directly with me. Retainers and fixed fees, defined deliverables, quarterly terms. I take a small number of concurrent clients so that each one gets an owner, not a vendor.
